Valuable substitute of a Weber! I was planning to buy a Webber Smokey Mountain, but it raised their price even for the smallest size. Finally, I find this K-1 smoker, and it does a good substitute. After used for one time, this smoker maintains a nearly perfect temperature of 225 degrees for hours. This smoker was purchased for a car camping trip that I take. It's a lot easier to transport than my aged smoker. And it's been so good that I'm going to sell the offset and stick with the K-1 Smoker.

Very good smoker, and great food! The unit took a bit of time to assemble and had to learn on the fly how to use the smoker. Using a combination of charcoal and hickory chunks, I figured it out fairly quickly. I made smoked chicken, London Broil, and a Boston pork butt. All came out perfect! I highly recommend the Cue Way K-1 Smoker for an entry-level unit.

I received the grill yesterday and my boyfriend used it for charbroiled beef sandwiches! Omg it tastes amazing you cannot find this taste with any electric grills! We figured out the assembly pretty quickly and easy to handle, lightweight. Definitely a 5 star!

It’s ideal for us because we needed a smaller size smoker to fit on our patio. We really enjoy using it as a smoker. The heat is really easy to control. Using is as a grill is also a good idea. We can do dual cooking. BTW, it was easy to clean up. I just put the used grill in the washing machine, and it came out clean and shiny. It’s a good bargain!!

A big box came in, well packed, no damage, good! Took me less than half an hour to assembly, which is very simple. Read the manual first, it helps a lot. First look: The bottom legs/supports are very firm and sturdy. The handles make grate lifting fairly easy. No noticeable gaps between parts, nicely sealed if assembled correctly. Overall, great quality for this affordable price. First use: last Friday we had a Filipino barbecue at my back yard, my family was all here and it was a good time to show off my new grill. We threw some Filipino style marinated pork in it, flipped them once, and waited for the magic to happen. They came out hot and juicy! No kidding, better than what my mom used to made us (she thinks so too). I’ll definitely recommend this smoker grill to all my friends and coworkers. This levitates all barbecue/grill party to another level.

I have already bought two from this brand. It’s hardly to find a replacement of charcoal grill smokers, which can maximize the juice and smokey taste in foods. Meanwhile, CUEWAY’s smoker is always my best valuable choice.
